Houston, Texas (KTRK) – Police say a 21-year-old man has been charged with first degree murder in the killing of his girlfriend in North Houston.
On January 14, at approximately 11:15 a.m., Houston police officers responded to reports of a shooting at 28 De Boll St.

Police said paramedics told them a woman, Alexis Falcone, 23, was found dead in a bedroom. Officers said she was hit by at least one bullet.
Investigators said Falcone was shot by her boyfriend, Keita Nyusi Albert, who was arrested at the scene. He was booked into the Harris County Jail and charged for his alleged role in the shooting.
It is not clear what caused the shooting or if anyone else was in the house at the time.
